Gabrielle Middaugh Gabrielle Middaugh has been pioneering in the field of interactive media since she first programmed her Texas Instrument PC to play Moonlight Sonata at age 12. Today, as interactive producer for MSNBC Cable she produces television segments about computers and is responsible for the overall integration of the Internet into MSNBC's daytime television programming. Gabrielle began her career in broadcast news, first on the West Coast then for NBC News in New York, but has volleyed consistently between the world of television and computers. For television, in addition to her work for MSNBC she has produced for NBC News and for NBC's cable channel "America's Talking." On the Internet, she was a member of the Microsoft Network Launch team, and the NBC on the Internet launch team where she produced daily news content. A prolific writer, she has contributed features to a variety of sites such as MSNBC.com, New York Interactive, and GolfWeb. Gabrielle hails from Los Angeles, California. In her ample spare time she enjoys reading, riding horseback and being beaten into submission by a sadistic step-aerobics instructor. |
